Originally, our business partner was a material supplier with a fixed range of products, which limited what could be done. In particular, with custom orders, it was difficult to convey what we wanted, leading to communication challenges. At our company, we received feedback that we can order customized boxes in small quantities, use new boxes that fit perfectly, reduce storage space, and utilize resources efficiently.
